While on a treadmill at my local gym I noticed a white spider dangling in the air in front of me. It was suspended from the ceiling on a spider silk about 4 feet away. I didn’t think too much about its presence. Two days later, I was at the gym again on another treadmill, which was positioned about 16 feet away from the other treadmill. There in front of me was the same white spider. He was much more active this time, perhaps to get my attention?

An intense electrical storm buffeted Atlanta from 10 p.m. to midnight. Thunder rumbled and heat lightning flashed across the sky over and over again in a powerful display. As I stood watching the storm from my porch, the electricity in the air caused my hair to float! While north of Atlanta, an EF-0 tornado touched down in Jasper, Georgia.
